Turnkey cleanrooms – fast installation at a fixed price
A turnkey cleanroom means you receive a complete, validated facility without coordinating multiple contractors yourself. We take full responsibility from user requirement specification and design through construction, validation and commissioning – quickly, cost-effectively and with documented quality.
What is included in a turnkey cleanroom?
Turnkey means we are responsible for everything needed for a functioning cleanroom environment – you get the key to a finished, tested facility.
User requirement specification (URS), design and layout.
Wall, ceiling and flooring systems, doors and airlocks.
Ventilation with HEPA filtration, pressure cascade and alarms.
Electrical, lighting, control and monitoring systems.
Validation to ISO 14644-1 and documented handover.
Fast installation without compromising quality
We build the cleanrooms on site in your premises and can normally start 4–6 weeks after contract. With one team responsible for the entire chain there are no delays between disciplines, and every step is completed in the right order for a short, predictable installation time.
Cost-effective – low total cost of ownership
A well-designed cleanroom is the cheapest to own. We select materials and technology that withstand cleaning, endure operation and can be maintained without unnecessary downtime. Energy-efficient EC fans and the right air change rate keep both the investment and the operating costs down.
Quality that lasts – from construction to validation
Quality is secured throughout the process: a documented URS, a well-considered layout, controlled installation methodology and finally validation to ISO 14644-1 – and for GMP environments qualification to Annex 1. You receive complete documentation for your own quality department and any regulatory inspection.
How it works
