Progress reports, construction starts and handovers – here we share what is happening on our sites across the Nordics.
Our supplier and partner for filters, ceiling modules and air cleaners visited during the final phase of our now fully inspected cleanroom at Vitrolife, Part of Vitrolife Group. Dinair AB has produced a customer case published on several platforms.
After around 8 months of building this GMP facility we are approaching inspection and validation. As always a lot has to fall into place in the final weeks, but the end result is shaping up extremely well.
Halfway into the Vitrolife project we share news and photos from the site. Practically all walls are built and our flooring team is working in parallel on the wall cladding.

We present our first international project. Food Diagnostics A/S in Grenaa is expanding its range with a product to be manufactured in an ISO 7 cleanroom. Site inspection and measurement are complete.
Vitrolife is investing in increased production capacity for high-quality IVF products in Sweden – and Nordic Cleanroom has been entrusted with building the cleanroom.
We have completed the handover and inspection of the cleanroom at Hellma Materials in Trollhättan. An overhead crane with vacuum lift is installed on mounting points integrated into our own ceiling structure.
Hellma Materials has ordered a cleanroom of around 120 sqm. A rewarding project where we integrate an overhead crane rail into our ceiling structure.
Luxbright chose us as their partner for a controlled production environment within X-ray technology.
One of our largest projects to date: 750 square metres of cleanroom for optics production, handed over to Thorlabs.
Design of around 780 sqm of cleanroom is well underway. Thorlabs is expanding with new cleanroom facilities and offices on Bergfotsgatan in Mölndal – to ISO 7–9 with temperature and humidity control.
Another successful project completed: a cleanroom with three airlocks totalling 25 sqm, GMP classes from D to B and LAF zones in class A. We also built a 17 sqm sampling room including an airlock.

The cleanroom at Nidacon International is now finished and handed over as planned.
Nordic Cleanroom has signed a turnkey contract for a cleanroom. The 113 sqm area is divided into GMP classes B, C and D. Many thanks to Nidacon International for their trust!
Our test room has been running for two months. We have tested and evaluated components such as filters, fittings, fan systems and wall and ceiling cladding – with very satisfactory airflow and particle measurements.
Together with our aluminium profile sub-supplier we are developing mobile offices with air cleaning. In noisy environments our wall system can insulate around 50 dB from the surroundings.
We offer 8 hours of free consultation for cleanroom projects in the planning phase. The response has been very positive and has already led to several interesting meetings.
