Technology for high-performing, sustainable cleanrooms
Cleanrooms and controlled environments are about keeping processes, particle levels, pressure, temperature and air changes under strict control. We work with established suppliers of HEPA filters, fan systems and lighting.
Energy-efficient technology – zoned and flexible
Our technology includes EC fans and LED fittings with low energy consumption to reduce environmental impact. By mounting a supply air fan (FFU) on each ceiling module instead of one large air handling unit, we increase safety and flexibility while reducing the need for extensive ducting and therefore cost. Zone control of the FFUs gives great freedom to change layout and activities in the cleanroom – and many units instead of one large air handling unit reduce the risk of a full cleanroom shutdown.
One fan per ceiling module
A supply air fan is mounted on each module instead of a large air handling unit. Simpler zone control, higher safety and less ducting.
Controlled parameters
Particle levels, pressure, temperature and air changes are kept under strict control and verified at validation.
1500 W for 60 sqm
A 60 sqm cleanroom at 20 air changes per hour draws around 1500 watts – the result of EC fans and efficient system design.
Low-consumption LED
LED fittings integrated into the ceiling structure give even light with minimal heat load and energy use.
