Frequently asked questions about cleanrooms
Here we answer the questions we hear most often about building a cleanroom – cost, timeline and how a turnkey delivery works. If you cannot find your answer, feel free to get in touch.
How much does it cost to build a cleanroom?
- The cost depends on size, cleanroom class (ISO 5–8 or GMP A–D), technical equipment and the conditions of your premises. That is why we need a requirement specification and carry out a site visit before we can give an exact price. Contact us for a free review of your needs.
When can you start?
- We can normally start 4–6 weeks after a signed contract. With our own warehouse and production in Sweden, we keep shorter lead times than many other suppliers.
How long does it take to build a cleanroom?
- The build time depends on the scope of the project, the cleanroom class and the condition of the premises. After the requirement specification and site visit, we provide a clear timeline for the entire project – from design to completed validation.
Do you manage the whole process from design to validation?
- Yes. We are a turnkey contractor and take responsibility for the entire chain: URS and feasibility study, design, construction, ventilation and validation according to ISO 14644. You get one point of contact and a finished, validated facility – with an optional 1–3 year service agreement.
Which cleanroom classes do you build?
- We build site-built cleanrooms in ISO classes 5–8 and GMP classes A–D, in sizes from 5 to 750 m². We also build controlled environments in ISO class 9 without personnel airlocks.
Where do you build cleanrooms?
- We build cleanrooms throughout the Nordics – Sweden, Norway and Denmark – with our base in Gothenburg.
